Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Fire Link candles are hand-poured in small batches, which means every order receives dedicated attention before it ships.

During high-volume periods — launches, holidays, and promotions — processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will notify you of any significant delays.

We currently ship within the continental United States only. Estimated transit time is 5–10 business days after your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We do not mark up shipping costs.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this number to follow your package through the carrier's website.

If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at fireslinkcandles@gmail.com.

Customers are responsible for entering an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Fire Link is not liable for packages that are undeliverable, delayed, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase.

If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away at fireslinkcandles@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

We stand behind the quality of every candle we pour. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we want to make it right.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at fireslinkcandles@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work with you on a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.
