By accessing or using the Fire Link website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or make a purchase.

All Fire Link candles are hand-poured in small batches. Product descriptions, burn times, and fragrance notes are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. Slight variations between individual candles may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product, update descriptions, or adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs, which are calculated and displayed at checkout.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

Order details — including scent selection, quantity, and shipping address — are your responsibility to verify before completing checkout.

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. By providing your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Fire Link does not store your full card details. All payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with their security standards.

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Fire Link is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. See our Shipping & Returns page for full shipping terms.

By purchasing a Fire Link candle, you agree to follow all standard candle safety guidelines:

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Do not burn near flammable materials.
• Burn on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
• Keep the wick trimmed to ¼ inch before each burn.
• Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
• Discontinue use when ½ inch of wax remains.

Fire Link is not responsible for any injury, property damage, or loss resulting from improper use of our products.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our express written permission.
