Shipping & Returns

What to expect when your order is on its way.

Important: All purchases are final. Fire Link does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than items damaged or lost in transit. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

Shipping Overview

Fire Link currently ships within the United States only. We are working to expand to additional regions — check back at launch for the latest shipping destinations.

Processing Time

All Fire Link candles are handcrafted and handpoured in small batches. Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Processing times may be slightly longer during high-demand periods such as product launches, holidays, and special releases. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Fire Link is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination. Free standard shipping may be offered on qualifying orders — see the checkout page for current promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly with the carrier. If you do not receive a tracking email within 6 business days of your order, contact us at hello@firelinkcandles.com.

Return Policy — All Sales Final

Fire Link does not accept returns or exchanges. All purchases are final. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree that you cannot return, exchange, or receive a refund for any item(s) purchased, except as described under Damaged or Defective Items below.

We encourage you to read all product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing. We are happy to help you find the right scent or product.

Damaged or Defective Items

Fire Link stands behind the quality of every candle we pour. If your order arrives damaged in transit or contains a defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@firelinkcandles.com with:

We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery or without supporting photos will not be eligible for resolution.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, and any safe drop locations before contacting us. Fire Link is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as lost in transit (not delivered), contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
